The Young Persons Safety Campaign

Working on real issues with real people

Swan Foundation has funded safety packs produced by the Children's Safety Education Foundation for young people at Phoenix Primary School and James Hornsby High School, both located in Laindon, Essex.

The packs cover various issues from bullying for younger pupils to relationship education for older students. In September 2009, local councillors and representatives of the Foundation visited Laindon for a launch event.

Such a venture has allowed Swan Foundation to work within the education system and has opened a door for potential work with additional community partners including the Police or NHS.
