The Foundation have joined up with The Princes Trust to offer 12 young people between the ages of 16 - 25 in Basildon the opportunity of entering into the National "Get into" programme, in this case the focus will be on the construction industry.The course offers the youngsters 2 weeks college based support at Propects, the local vocational training centre followed by 2 weeks on-site experience and further help and support towards getting a job after the course is over.

The get into programme specifically chooses sectors where there are many jobs available, to give the best chance of finding a job when the course finishes. Plans have been made to deliver a similar course in East London."Get into Retail" being driven by the soon to be opened Westfield shopping centre in Stratford.
